I’m auditioning for American Idol (season 6). Any song suggestions?

I am 17 and I am going to audition for AI on September 8th in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Does anybody have any song suggestion? It’s a little more than a month a way!!!
BTW I am not in some fantasy land. I know I can sing. Maybe not like Mariah Carey or Whitney Houston, but I’ve always been a really good singer. I can hear myself. I am not tone deaf. I’ve always been the top in choir. I’ve been singing since I was 2, and before that I was humming. I pick up on songs really quick after hearing them maybe once or twice.
Note: I do not want an easy song. I want something that will show the judges that I’m a really good singer. Don’t tell me to sing Journey songs or anything like that.

You ought to research which songs are the favorite ones from the judges, there select one that you most like and the one you sing better.
